Spiridon, one of the leading running magazines in Germany, featured this article: Die Läuferin: “Frauen überholen Männer” / Women Overtake Men. The article cites the huge growth in women’s running, and quoting me for my current views as one of the founders in 1983 of the Avon Frauenauf Berlin, the first ever women’s only race in Germany and now the largest with over 18,500 women.
I plan to run it again this year, for the 30th anniversary, on May 4!
