The US Dept of State is taking a ‘Running Start” into Women’s History Month on Monday, Feb. 29!  They are hosting a program promoting health, advocacy, and gender equality at 3:30 PM in Washington, DC.

Ambassador (and marathoner!)  Janice Jacobs will open the session, marathoner Erin Eddy will emcee,  and speakers include Ann Cody, gold-medallist paralympian; ultra runner and extreme athlete Richard Donovan; Ironman triathlete and brain cancer survivor BethAnn Telford; and Kathrine–coming in by Skype from New Zealand.
